The loan on the car. This is the part that carries an interest rate — and the part that can often be sourced separately.
Your salary packaging provider performs an administrative role. Depending on your employer's arrangements, you may be able to source the underlying novated finance separately. Whether that is open to you is a question for your employer — which is exactly what these pages are for.
